The European AI workflow runtime

Sovereign, composable infrastructure for document, image, and content-processing workflows — built so European teams can build, run, audit, and trust their AI workflows without stitching together five vendors.

Why the workflow layer matters

Iteration Layer started from a very practical problem: the AI step was rarely the hard part on its own. The hard part was everything around it — moving files between tools, turning outputs into the next input, keeping costs predictable, and still understanding where sensitive data went.

The first version came from rebuilding the same content pipeline again and again: generate an asset, transform it for different destinations, export structured output, and keep the glue code from becoming the product. That same pattern shows up in document and image workflows across European teams.

That is why Iteration Layer is built as workflow infrastructure, not a collection of isolated APIs: shared authentication, one credit pool, clear data handling, SDKs, MCP, n8n support, and primitives that make AI workflows easier to build, run, audit, and trust.

Workflow runtime, not API collection

The product is the layer around the APIs: shared authentication, billing, retention posture, SDKs, OpenAPI, MCP, and workflow examples.

European by design

Iteration Layer is built for sovereignty-conscious teams that need clear infrastructure, processing, and data-handling boundaries.

Composable by default

Extraction, transformation, generation, and exports share conventions so outputs can feed the next step without custom glue for every vendor.

Useful to humans and agents

Developers can call the APIs directly, and AI agents can discover and chain operations through OpenAPI, MCP, and skills.

Open operating model

Public changelog, open-source SDKs, transparent pricing, and documentation-first releases make changes visible.

No billing surprises

One credit pool across every API. No per-feature billing, no bandwidth fees, no hidden surcharges on large documents. You know the cost before you make the call.

Automate your next content workflow in minutes

Extract data from a document, generate visuals from the results, compile everything into a finished report — one API key, one credit pool, one platform.
