14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This applies to all subscription plans, whether billed monthly or annually. To request a refund, contact us at support@iterationlayer.com within the 14-day window.

API Credits

Credits consumed through API usage during the refund period are non-refundable. If you request a subscription refund within the 14-day window, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of any credits already consumed. Credits are automatically refunded when the API returns a 5xx server error — no action is needed on your part.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases of digital goods and are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience a billing error or duplicate charge, contact us at support@iterationlayer.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access to your plan's credits until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Cancellations made after the 14-day refund window are not eligible for a refund.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or see a duplicate charge, contact us at support@iterationlayer.com . We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed billing errors.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@iterationlayer.com with your account email and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically appear within 3–5 business days for card payments or 48 hours for PayPal.

EU Consumer Rights
